Best Sports is a Sports Marketing agency that offers 360º services to high-performance athletes and sports organizations, both nationally and internationally.We are looking for a highly qualified Concierge Manager to join our team. This role will be crucial in providing our clients with exclusive and personalized service, ensuring experiences that cater to all their personal and family needs.The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan for partnerships and services within the luxury segment, acquiring new clients, and maintaining high-level commercial relationships, guaranteeing privileged access and innovative solutions across various areas.

About

What will you be doing?

Develop and execute commercial partnerships within the luxury segment, both nationally and internationally, covering areas such as travel, education, real estate, jewelry, events, technology, and others;

Acquire new clients, expanding Best Sports’ portfolio with high-net-worth individuals and interests within the luxury market;

Develop and implement tailor-made, fully personalized services adapted to each client’s specific needs;

Manage clients, ensuring that all their expectations, wishes, and needs are not only met but exceeded with effective, premium, and innovative solutions;

Coordinate with commercial partners to guarantee the seamless and personalized execution of services requested by clients, always maintaining the premium quality that distinguishes us;

Anticipate client needs, offering exclusive and limited solutions that provide a unique and differentiated experience;

Guarantee privileged access to standout events, products, and services in the luxury market;

Weekly communication planning with the promotion of products or services;

Define and supervise KPIs, ensuring performance and service quality objectives are consistently met;

Define and control the budget, monitoring costs, and ensuring the profitability of operations.

What are we looking for?

Proven experience in acquiring and managing clients in the luxury segment;

Fluency in English (written and spoken), with a preference for candidates fluent in Spanish as well;

Availability to travel, work on weekends, and outside regular working hours;

Strong network and the ability to develop strategic partnerships;

Exceptional communication skills and a focus on customer service;

Ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail, while ensuring quality;

Knowledge of luxury market trends and lifestyle;

Proactivity, organization, and an innovative mindset;
